Salary: £50k to £55k depending on experience

Remarkable Jobs are delighted to be working with a new client, who are a very well-established Creative Event Production Agency that due to expansion they are looking for an experienced ‘Production Manager’ to join and manage their ambitious creative team.

In this ‘Production Manager’ role you will have an integral role within the creative and design team where you will manage the creation, design and produce high-end live events. As the ‘Production Manager’ you will be engaging with stakeholders and use your ability to deliver exceptional events. A background and passion for creating live events is a must. 

 

Main responsibilities for the ‘Production Manager’:


  • Be the main force for creative ideas and lead a team on developing concepts for events to ensure they reach the highest possible standard.
  • Manage, mentor and grow the creative team to deliver inspiring concepts across live events.
  • Interpreting briefs from clients at an early stage and then lead collaboratively within the company to ensure the correct people are involved.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial, financial and product stakeholders within the business to ensure that profitability and creativity work hand in hand.
  • Be aware of the constantly evolving industry and track creative influences and developments that are impacting the landscape of the events world.
  • You’ll own the whole creative output across the board and will drive excellence through collaborative working.
  • Managing trusted freelancers to assist with the delivery of creative events.

 

Key skills and experience required for ‘Production Manager’:


  • Experienced in a senior creative position for an event or production company.
  • Have a strong knowledge of events production, from award shows, conferences and brand launches.
  • Have demonstrable experience of producing high end and creative events and experiences.
  • Experienced with managing a creative team, stakeholders and clients.
  • The ability to multitask and working on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, VectorWorks and Sketchup would be advantageous.

Event Manager

Salary: 30000 - 46000 per annum | Type: Permanent | England - North Acton

Event Manager

Salary: £35k to £46k depending on experience

Benefits include an annual bonus, private health insurance, pension and excellent onsite facilities.

Location: North Acton, London

Permanent / Full Time – Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 6:30pm

 

Remarkable Jobs are delighted to be working with an innovative, award winning company within the music touring industry, who are at the forefront of technology. They are seeking an experienced ‘Event Manager’ within their industry to join their progressive and growing team.

Due to rapid growth in our client’s project team an excellent opportunity has arisen for an additional ‘Event Manager’. The purpose of this role is to manage and develop significant client relationships, taking ownership of the project process from quotation to delivery of high-quality Lighting productions for music and live events.

 

Main responsibilities for the 'Event Manager' position:


  • Engaging with clients from initial enquiry to conclusion and providing expert advice and project management in order to deliver the best possible solution to the client.
  • Ensuring the smoothest possible service delivery with excellent communication, both internally and externally.
  • Supporting large scale projects by co-managing with Directors.
  • Managing budgets associated with the projects and a growing portfolio of clients as their primary contact.
  • Proactively exploring opportunities to build on the current client network.
  • Supervising and providing coaching to project coordinators assigned to each project.

 

Experience and Knowledge required for the ‘Event Manager’ position:


  • Proven experience of project management within the music touring industry.
  • Expert product knowledge of lighting equipment with a good level understanding of market trends.
  • The ability to build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally.
  • Awareness of operational logistics and international freight.
  • Experience of working with freelance events crew
  • Willingness to take ownership and accountability and see things through to completion.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, demonstrating resilience and flexibility.
