They are now looking for a 'Telemarketing Executive' to join their ambitious team, with the ideal person having the drive to succeed and achieve targets. In this 'Telemarketing Executive' position you will be responsible for generating new sales leads from new and existing customers by phone.

 

Main responsibilities for the 'Telemarketing Executive' position:


  • Calling existing and new potential customers to gain new leads.
  • Building relationships with potential customers and informing them of the products you can provide.

Due to continued growth our established client who is a market leader in producing live and corporate events, have a brand-new position for a 'Technical Sales Manager'. You will be joining their team of events and audio-visual staff that are placed at 5* Venues in and around London.

Our client has been providing innovative and flawless event execution in to Event agencies, Corporate clients and 5* Hotels throughout the UK for more than 30 years.

The 'Audio Visual Sales Manager - Events' role:

The 'Technical Sales Manager' position will involve growing overall sales through new business within the hotels, events and audio-visual industry. You will be building and maintaining relationships with clients throughout the 5* hotel industry, enhancing the overall relationships

-You will be forming and managing new business for the company through consultative sales

-Maintaining relationships with existing key clients.

-You will be attending weekly/daily operational meetings in order to understand the current activities across key client sites.

-To prepare quotations and proposals, ensuring you are meeting the required deadlines for their submission to clients and responding to any client enquiries.

-Consistently up-selling and promoting the company's internal services to new and existing clients.

-Organizing and carrying out client meetings where necessary to meet the needs and expectations of the client.

The 'Audio Visual Sales Manager - Events' will have the following skillset:

-A minimum of 4 years' experience within sales and audio-visual technology or hospitality.

-Being able to create an event portfolio to showcase to prospective clients.

-Able to produce turnover reports and carrying out invoicing.

-Establishing relationships with all internal departments.

-Experience dealing with high-end clientele.

-Advanced computing skills including CAD software.

-Strong Audio-visual and hospitality knowledge.

-5 GCSEs or equivalent (including Maths and English A - C grades) is essential
