In addition to the outstanding UNCAPPED commission (ote: yr. 1 up to £38k, Yr. 2 up to £56k, yr. 3 up to £72k) the business also has a number of social events which have included weekends abroad, nights out, prize incentives, quarterly awards. Their new offices are open plan, lively, modern and include play-station, pool table etc....

'Sales' Exeucitve Role:

After completing Initial training on products and systems you will likely move in to the Trade Account Manager role within 2 months of joining - (maybe sooner)


  • Answering inbound calls and dealing with enquiries from existing or brand-new customers.
  • Direct calling new or existing clients looking for opportunities to grow your business and network - The company manager a significant amount of 'in-bound' enquiries (this isn't a call centre position)
  • Achieving sales, margin and direct call targets
  • Handling the sales process from start to finish, including negotiating prices with customers and suppliers

‘Sales' Exeucitve Candidate profile:


  • Previous sales experience would be advantageous
  • Excellent telephone manner with an engaging personality
  • Good communication skills written or verbal.
  • Good I.T Skills (Microsoft word/outlook)
